Very Good
Well set out and easy to understand.
Good course – passed that portion of the test.
Excellent
very good
great course. very useful.
Felt the book was written very clearly and easy to follow. Self Tests are good in the back of the book.
The book is good.
I think that this course was excellent; I have taken many difficult college business courses at Baruch college in NYC and I learned just as much or even more from this AIPB course. It was not easy though and I found that I had to go through each section up to around 3 times and repeat each section test several times to get a good grasp of the material. This paid off because I sailed through the exam. I would really recommend this course, and have to all my friends, as a way to get ahead and gain a great insight into accounting. Very pleased I took the time to complete this course.
Helped me to understand the basics of accounting.
It was simple enough to grasp and I really liked the way it was put together. It was really helpful.
I found this course easy to understand and presented in a way that promotes retention. I look forward to completing all of the AIPB courses as I can afford them.
good coverage of all aspects
The course is set up as more of an Accounting level course than for bookkeeppers. Information is good for review to keep skills polished.
needs index
Good overall review of adjusting entries. Would have like more practice problems.
Simple and straightforward
Explanations are understandable and completely enough to past the test. I do not think can start bookkeeping practice just by completing the courses in the program. You can try to work for somebody but not as a bookkeeper for yourself serving other firms. I have not worked in this field since I had other job and I can not tell you if your course matches the requirements of the employers. Also, nowadays most things are done by computer software (bank reconciliation etc) and this is missing from your courses.
excellent review of the basics
excellent very easy to understand
This course helped to give me a clearer understanding of adjusting entries. This has aided me greatly in training other staff. A wrong entry can make a huge error and this course helps to elivate this from happening.
